About Tendr
Tendr is an estimating and tendering consultancy for commercial landscapers, based in Melbourne and working Australia-wide. We measure the quantities off your drawings, price them against your rates and hand back a submission-ready tender, for a fixed fee per tender with no lock-in. We do not build, and we never bid work in our own name.
What does Tendr do?
Tendr turns a set of tender drawings into a priced, submission-ready package. That covers the quantity takeoff, the priced bill of quantities, the scope of works with inclusions and exclusions, and the clarifications list for the builder.
Five services, all priced per tender:
- Quantity takeoff — every scope item measured straight from the drawings, itemised line by line.
- Priced bill of quantities — the BOQ built and priced against your own rates, with risks and exclusions flagged.
- Tender submission — a submission-ready package in the builder's format: priced schedule, scope, inclusions and exclusions.
- Scope and contract review — the scope and risk clauses checked before you sign, so you know what you are on the hook for.
- Variation pricing — variations priced and documented properly, before the work is done and the leverage is gone.
If you only want the measured quantities and intend to price them yourself, that is a common request and the fee drops accordingly.
Who do you work for?
Commercial landscape subcontractors bidding drawing-based tenders. Landscaping is the core trade, and we also price civil, concreting and demolition packages. If a trade is outside what we can measure properly, we say so rather than guess.
The problem we exist to solve is capacity. Most landscapers bid two or three tenders a month, because pricing them properly takes a day each and that day comes out of running the business. Winning work is a volume game. With the measuring and pricing off your plate you bid more tenders, priced more accurately, at the same win rate.
How does it work?
- Send the tender. Drawings, scope and any pricing schedule the builder issued.
- We quote a fixed fee. Priced on the size of the drawing set and the number of trades in scope, confirmed with a turnaround date before you commit. Nothing to pay until you approve it.
- We measure and price. Quantities off the drawings, then priced against your supplier costs and labour rates.
- You get a submission-ready package. In the builder's format if they issued one, with the margin call left to you.
There is no retainer and no lock-in. You pay per tender, for the tenders you choose to bid. If you are bidding regularly and want us on call, we can set that up, but it is not a condition of working together.
Who sees your pricing?
Nobody. Your rates, suppliers and margins are covered by a confidentiality agreement and are never shared between clients, including clients bidding the same job.
If two clients ask us to price the same tender, we tell both and let each decide whether to proceed. We would rather lose the work than have either client wonder about it afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
Who is Tendr?
Tendr is the trading name of Nimo Solutions Pty Ltd, ABN 63 658 104 815, based in Melbourne. We are an estimating and tendering consultancy working for commercial landscape subcontractors across Australia.
Do you compete with the landscapers you work for?
No. We do not build, we do not hold a landscaping licence, and we never bid work in our own name. We price tenders for contractors and have no interest in the jobs themselves.
Whose rates do you price with?
Yours. We measure the quantities and structure the bill of quantities, then price it against your supplier costs and labour rates. The margin call is always yours to make.
How do you keep client pricing confidential?
Your rates, suppliers and margins are covered by a confidentiality agreement and never shared between clients, including clients bidding the same job. If two clients ask us to price the same tender, we tell both and let each decide.
