Sending a tender through by email is fine too. Attach the drawings, the scope and any pricing schedule the builder issued, and we will come back with a fixed fee and a turnaround date.

What does it cost to get a tender priced?
A fixed fee per tender, quoted up front once we have seen the package. The price depends on the size of the drawing set and the number of trades in scope. There is nothing to pay until you approve the quote.
Do I have to commit to anything ongoing?
No. You pay per tender, for the tenders you choose to bid. If you are bidding regularly and want us on call we can set that up, but there is no lock-in either way.
